Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Estate Agent to join our team at Connells Group. As a Senior Estate Agent, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth in the Bristol area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve ambitious targets and drive business growth.
  • Identify new leads and generate new business opportunities to improve performance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to maximize income and profit from a range of products and services.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with current market conditions and have a good knowledge of the local market.
  • Develop a reputation as an expert in the property industry and provide guidance and support to colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in estate agency sales or listing property.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of the local market and current market conditions.
