Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and execute investment opportunities in European private equity, focusing on operating businesses and listed vehicle transactions.
  • Oversee the main asset management initiatives related to portfolio investments, ensuring optimal returns and risk management.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate finance, including private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior investment team members on transaction execution and management.
  • Previous exposure to operational real estate, such as residential, student housing, senior housing, or self-storage.
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong academic track record and proficiency in financial modeling, writing, and Excel.
  • Proficiency in an additional European language is mandatory, with a preference for languages from the Nordics.
