Job Summary:

Adjacency Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a vital role in driving the people agenda and supporting the development and implementation of longer-term HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to drive the people strategy and support the development and implementation of longer-term HR projects.
  • Provide coaching and advice to line managers on all people-related issues, ensuring the successful delivery of business objectives.
  • Help embed organizational culture change programs, taking account of local requirements and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
  • Champion diversity and lead on wellbeing initiatives, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure HR policies and processes are applied fairly and consistently across the business.
  • Support with recruitment, from initial approval through to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Work collaboratively with other HR colleagues, such as Learning and Development, to deliver an exceptional service.
  • Able to balance a reactive workload with medium-to-long-term projects, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • An excellent generalist HR skillset, with a passion for continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role, with a strong understanding of HR strategy and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and line managers.
  • Ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions, with a focus on business outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
