Become a vital part of our Outsourcing Operations division at Pro Insurance Solutions Ltd as a Reinsurance Operations Specialist. This position offers a permanent role with a flexible working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute Technical Accounting duties for Inward Proportional and Non-Proportional agreements, which include:
  • Inputting Broker and Cedant technical accounts into the Client system
  • Assessing the precision of account documentation and calculations
  • Updating claims and reserves as necessary
  • Ensuring timely completion of tasks by month-end deadlines
  • Following up on overdue accounts and escalating issues when required
  • Investigating and resolving complex account discrepancies
  • Preparing client reports

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proficient technical skills with the ability to manage workload effectively
  • Fundamental knowledge of insurance and reinsurance concepts
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a comparable position within the inward reinsurance sector
  • Familiarity with Proportional Treaty claims management
  • Solid understanding of Bureau systems and operational procedures
  • Knowledge of Property, Casualty, and Marine insurance classes
  • Experience with SAP systems
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • A proactive and positive attitude towards work
