Job Overview:


• Overseeing the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.


• Managing the employee appraisal system and conducting performance reviews.


• Ensuring compliance with employment regulations and company policies.


• Providing guidance to management on HR-related matters.


• Monitoring employee performance metrics, including attendance and leave.


• Assessing training needs and developing training programs accordingly.


• Addressing disciplinary actions and formal grievances.


• Establishing and reviewing compensation structures and employee benefits.


• Coordinating sickness absence management with the Chief Medical Officer.


• Occasional travel to various company locations.


• Performing HR administrative tasks.


• Supporting the Managing Director with additional responsibilities.

Key Qualifications:


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role.


• Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen and articulate ideas effectively.


• Comprehensive understanding of employment law principles, including TUPE.


• In-depth knowledge of payroll practices.


• Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations, including disciplinary hearings.


• Familiarity with relevant software and HR systems.


• Strong ethical standards and sound judgment.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.


• Valid driver's license.


• Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
