Systemic Family Therapist Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Systemic Family Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at West London NHS Trust. As a key member of our CAMHS Crisis Service, you will work closely with young people and their families who require intensive support and crisis intervention.
About the Role:
- Lead the delivery of high-quality Systemic Family Therapy services to children and adolescents in crisis.
- Develop and implement effective therapeutic plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide leadership and supervision to junior therapists, promoting professional growth and development.
- Contribute to the development of the CAMHS Crisis Service, ensuring best practices and evidence-based interventions.
