We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systemic Family Therapist to join our team at West London NHS Trust. As a CAMHS Specialist Therapist, you will work with children and adolescents with complex mental health needs, providing comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and direct work with families and young people.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and young people with mental health needs, including risk assessment and development of risk management plans.
- Provide direct work with families and young people, using a variety of approaches coherent with a systemic perspective.
- Assist the CAMHS and/or paediatrics team with treatment planning and provide consultation to families/carers and other professionals involved in the life of the young person.
- Participate in delivering the provision of specialist mental health services to children and young people and their families and carers across the West London NHS Trust 3 Boroughs CAMH Service and crisis pathway.

Person Specification- Post-graduate training in systemic family therapy as accredited by IFT or AFT.
- Professional registration with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
- Evidence of accredited courses in child and adolescent mental health practice.
- Previous qualification in a relevant profession such as social work, nursing, teaching, psychology or counselling.
