Family Systemic Therapist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Family Systemic Therapist, working with children and families to provide systemic practice interventions and guidance to practitioners, social workers, and team managers.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct specialist systemic assessments of complex cases to formulate intervention plans.
- Coach and supervise individuals and groups of practitioners to deliver systemic interventions.
- Ensure high standards of record keeping and produce reports for court proceedings as required.
- Contribute to assessments of risk and protective factors and contribute to the development of an outcomes framework and culture across the service.
To be considered for this role, you will need a UKCP recognised qualification in family and systemic psychotherapy. A Social Work Qualification is desirable but not essential. You will need to have a strong commitment to anti-racist and anti-discriminatory practice, as well as an active awareness of self, relational, and epistemological reflexivity.
