As a Dog Grooming Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services to our canine clients, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Groom and style dogs to the highest standard, ensuring their coats are clean, shiny, and well-groomed.
  • Oversee the running of the spa, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach to motivate, train, and develop your team to Dogwood's high standards.
  • Responsible for the sales performance of the salon, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
  • Book and manage appointments, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for our clients.
  • Deliver high standards of customer service, building strong relationships with our clients and their pets.
  • Ensure first-class spa presentation by maintaining high levels of housekeeping and equipment maintenance.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A genuine interest in Dogwood, our vision, products, and values.
  • Proven experience of dog grooming to a high standard.
  • A confident and positive approach to handling dogs.
  • Strong customer focus, with a desire to get to know our clients and their pets, building strong relationships.
  • A thirst for continued training and team development.
  • The drive and determination to work equally well as part of a busy team and under your own initiative.
  • Willingness to pass grooming knowledge to trainee stylists.
