Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pet Grooming Specialist to join our team at our Emsworth salon. As a Pet Grooming Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch pet grooming services, including dog grooming, to our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our salon maintains the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional pet grooming services, including dog grooming, to our clients.
  • Work closely with our team to maintain the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the running of the spa, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach to motivate, train, and develop your team to our high standards.
  • Responsible for the sales performance of the salon, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Booking and managing appointments, ensuring that our clients receive a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Deliver high standards of customer service, ensuring that our clients feel valued and appreciated.
  • Ensure that our spa presentation is of the highest standard, maintaining a clean and well-maintained environment.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • A genuine interest in Pets Corner UK, our vision, products, and values.
  • Proven experience of dog grooming to a high standard.
  • A confident and positive approach to handling dogs.
  • Strong customer focus, with a desire to get to know our clients and their pets, building strong relationships.
  • A thirst for continued training and team development.
  • The drive and determination to work equally well as part of a busy team and under your own initiative.
  • Willingness to pass grooming knowledge to trainee stylists.
