Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pet Grooming Specialist to join our team at Dogwood, a natural pet grooming salon within our Pets Corner stores. As a Pet Grooming Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch grooming services to dogs of all breeds, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional grooming services to dogs, including bathing, trimming, and styling.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the salon, ensuring a clean and safe environment for pets and staff.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach to motivate and train team members to meet high standards.
  • Monitor and improve sales performance, identifying areas for growth and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
  • Manage appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with pet owners and their pets.
  • Maintain a high level of housekeeping and equipment maintenance to ensure a first-class spa experience.
