Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pet Grooming Specialist to join our team at Dogwood, a natural pet grooming salon within our Pets Corner stores. As a Pet Grooming Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality grooming services to dogs of all breeds, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Groom and style dogs to the highest standard, ensuring attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the running of the spa, including managing appointments, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach to motivate, train, and develop your team to meet our high standards.
  • Responsible for sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Deliver high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients and their pets.
  • Ensure first-class spa presentation, maintaining high levels of housekeeping and equipment maintenance.
