About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our Cardiothoracic Unit at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to cardiothoracic transplant patients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct patient care to cardiothoracic transplant patients in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Work collaboratively with members of the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with active NMC registration.
  • Ability to practice within the scope of the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
  • Good basic level of English and excellent verbal communication skills.
