About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our Cardiothoracic Unit at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality patient care to cardiothoracic transplant patients, working closely with members of the multidisciplinary team.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to cardiothoracic transplant patients, ensuring a high standard of care and compassion.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to provide comprehensive care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring patient-centered care and optimal outcomes.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and efficient clinical environment, adhering to trust policies and procedures.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based care.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse with active NMC registration.
