Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at the Transplant Unit at Harefield Hospital. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality patient care to cardiothoracic transplant patients, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.

Main Duties

As a Staff Nurse in our Cardiothoracic Hospital, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care to cardiothoracic transplant patients
  • Working collaboratively with members of the multidisciplinary team to deliver care
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Active NMC registration
  • Ability to practice within the scope of the NMC Code of Professional Conduct
  • Good basic level of English and excellent verbal communication skills
