The Transplant unit consists of two wards, Rowan and Fir Tree and includes a High Dependency Unit.
This advert is open to all applicants with an active Nursing and Midwifery Council Personal Identification number (PIN) (this refers to an NMC Pin identification that allows you to work as a registered nurse/midwife in the UK.

Main duties of the job
We need enthusiastic, open minded nurses who are keen to work at the leading edge of cardiothoracic practice. If you want to be a part of an exceptional team, and you are a caring individual with the ability to communicate/work effectively within a team, please submit an application.
Day to day you will be working as part of the clinical teams delivering care to cardiothoracic transplant patients in conjunction with members of the multidisciplinary team.
Cardiothoracic experience is not required as there will be opportunity to gain skills and knowledge under the guidance of our Practice Education teams, ward mentors, and nursing development team.
Hours of work are weekdays/nights/weekends – the hours are negotiable in line with the ward requirements.
