Customer Service Advisor - £22,308 We are pleased to present an opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to become a vital part of our organization on a full-time, fixed-term contract for 6 months. Marston Holdings Limited, a leading entity in judicial services and clean air technology, offers a wide range of integrated technology-enabled solutions to support various sectors including local and central government, utilities, and private enterprises. With a robust revenue of £270m and a workforce of nearly 5,000, we operate 21 services across multiple trading entities primarily within the UK. Role Overview: As a Customer Service Advisor at Marston Holdings Ltd, you will play a crucial role in our contact center, interacting with clients and assisting them in finding resolutions, processing refunds, and accurately documenting information across various bespoke systems. Comprehensive support and coaching will be provided throughout your journey with us to ensure your success. Manage incoming customer inquiries. Investigate customer claims via phone while utilizing various systems to securely document precise information. Offer assistance and guidance or direct clients to the appropriate team for specific inquiries. Address and resolve customer complaints when feasible or follow the escalation procedures. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our customer policies to facilitate accurate decision-making. Ensure compliance with quality standards and GDPR regulations at all times. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in managing and resolving challenging situations. Ability to efficiently and professionally handle a high volume of calls. Capability to meet client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Proficient understanding and use of Microsoft Office Applications. Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service abilities. Strong organizational and time management skills. Empathetic decision-making skills. Benefits: Competitive salary of £22,308. Work hours: Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 8am - 6pm. Office-based position. Full-time contract of 37.5 hours per week, fixed-term for 6 months.
