Customer Service Advisor - £22,308 We are excited to present an opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join Marston Holdings Limited on a full-time, fixed-term contract for 6 months. As the UK's largest judicial services provider and a leader in clean air technology, we offer integrated technology-enabled solutions to local and central government, utilities, and private sectors. Our group generates a revenue of £270m, employs nearly 5,000 individuals, and has a network of 1,000 self-employed enforcement agents. Role Overview: In the position of Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in our contact centre, engaging with clients and assisting them in finding solutions, processing refunds, and accurately recording information across various bespoke systems. Comprehensive support and coaching will be provided throughout your career to ensure your success. Manage inbound customer inquiries. Investigate customer claims over the phone while securely recording accurate information using various systems. Provide assistance and support or direct clients to the appropriate team for specific inquiries. Address and resolve customer complaints when possible or follow the escalation process. Maintain knowledge of customer policies to ensure precise decision-making. Adhere to quality standards and GDPR regulations at all times. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in managing and resolving challenging situations. Ability to efficiently and professionally handle a high volume of calls. Capability to meet client SLA's successfully. Proficient understanding and use of Microsoft Office Applications. Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Empathetic decision-making skills. Benefits: Competitive salary of £22,308. Work hours: Monday to Friday, with shifts between 8am - 6pm.
