We are seeking a highly skilled Cluster Maintenance Manager to join our team at Leisure People Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our leisure facilities across Walton-on-Thames, Surrey.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach to maintenance and fabric issues, with experience in facilities maintenance in a high-volume customer service orientated commercial building. You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of maintenance assistants, as well as managing third-party contractors and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and fabric issues across all leisure facilities.
  • Lead and develop a team of maintenance assistants.
  • Manage third-party contractors and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Ensure the maintenance and fabric of all facilities are up to date and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage the PPM and BMS services schedules.
  • Typically work Monday to Friday, with occasional evening or weekend work if essential.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on approach to maintenance and fabric issues.
  • Experience in facilities maintenance in a high-volume customer service orientated commercial building.
  • Leadership and coaching experience.
  • Financial experience, including managing maintenance budgets.
  • Proficient in using I.T. software for PPM and BMS systems and reporting.
  • UK driving license and own vehicle for travel between centres.
