B&M Retail is excited to announce an opening for a Floor Supervisor to join our dynamic team in a new retail location. This part-time position requires a commitment of 25 hours per week, with the flexibility to work various shifts, including daytime, evenings, and weekends.

As one of the UK's rapidly expanding retailers, we are on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join us during this exciting growth phase. In the role of Floor Supervisor, you will assist the Floor Manager in maintaining outstanding store standards for our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the management of team members and inspiring colleagues to boost sales and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Equipping team members with the necessary skills, knowledge, and training to excel.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through the provision of exceptional service.
  • Implementing processes that guarantee compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Contributing to a positive and enjoyable work environment for all staff.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated, focused, and enthusiastic team player with a strong passion for retail and customer service excellence.
