Weekend Retail Customer Service Associate - WHSmith

Contract Type: Permanent

Working hours: hours a week. Saturday & Sunday.

As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you will deliver outstanding service to our customers while working both independently and collaboratively to uphold our exceptional store standards. We aim for you, our customers, and our team members to take pride in the experiences we create together.

Airport Eligibility Criteria:

5 years of continuous references – to obtain an airport pass, you must provide 5 years' worth of employment or educational references without any gaps Criminal Records Bureau Check – to be conducted by WHSmith if your application is successful Valid Photographic ID, such as a passport or UK Driving Licence

Key Responsibilities of a Retail Customer Service Associate:

Providing exceptional service to all customers. Conducting stock replenishment and ensuring all areas of the store are tidy and welcoming for customers. Maintaining high standards of display and visual merchandising to assist customers in finding what they need easily. Collaborating with team members and supporting colleagues.

Desired Qualities in Candidates:
