Position Overview

As the Manager of Student Engagement and Marketing, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the unique needs of our student community. Your role will encompass:

  • Strategic Marketing Development: Formulating a customized marketing plan that addresses the diverse interests of student groups within the institution.
  • Participation Growth Initiatives: Designing and implementing strategies to enhance student involvement in key activities, including culinary experiences and educational programs, while collaborating with students, parents, and educators for valuable insights.
  • Event Delivery: Coordinating food concepts, pop-up events, and educational collaborations to boost engagement and satisfaction.
  • Event Maximization: Leveraging significant dates and institutional events, such as open days and graduations, to optimize participation.
  • Communication Strategy: Developing and executing a robust communication and engagement strategy to effectively inform and engage students and staff, including:
    • Digital and social media outreach
    • Feedback mechanisms and focus groups
    • Core menu and hospitality launch events
    • Surveys for student and staff satisfaction
    • Building relationships with student ambassadors and societies, including international students and internship programs
  • Performance Reporting: Providing monthly updates to stakeholders on marketing initiatives and their outcomes.
  • Success Measurement: Establishing and utilizing measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness of marketing activities, focusing on key performance indicators such as sales, transaction values, and overall satisfaction, while delivering quarterly reports to relevant parties.
