Shift FlexibilityThis role requires flexible availability for shifts organized on a 3-week rotation (A, B, or C shift). Your adaptability will be essential in meeting the needs of the young people in your care.
Key Responsibilities- Support children and young individuals in their daily activities.
- Encourage and promote independence among residents.
- Contribute to creating a nurturing and supportive environment.
We offer an enhanced overtime rate starting at £15.38 per hour, along with a £500 welcome bonus upon successful completion of your probation period. Additional benefits include:
- £50 birthday and £50 Christmas vouchers.
- 45p per mile for work-related travel.
- Generous annual leave policy.
Join a team that operates in small homes, caring for 3-4 young individuals, ensuring a personalized and supportive atmosphere. You will receive guidance from a dedicated Home Manager and have access to an Employee Assistance Programme to support your well-being.
QualificationsApplicants should possess an NVQ/QCF level 3 award in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) or Caring for Children and Young People.
