About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Evening Support Worker to join our team at InFocus. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in supporting our young people to make their own decisions and reach their full potential.

You will be responsible for providing personalized support to our young people, responding to their needs, wishes, and aspirations. This will involve supporting them in developing their independence and daily living skills within their evening routine.

During the evenings, our young people enjoy participating in meaningful activities such as swimming or social clubs. You will help support them in accessing leisure and social activities within the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support to young people in developing their independence and daily living skills
  • Support young people in accessing leisure and social activities within the community
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Participate in mandatory training and professional development opportunities

Requirements

  • British citizenship or right to work in the UK
  • No experience necessary, but previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Ability to work late shifts (15:30 – 22:30)
