Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Graduate soft skills programme, ensuring a structured and effective approach to learning.
  • Become proficient in our learning management system (LMS) and take ownership of specialist areas, such as Graduate training.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the firm to provide advisory and consulting services on training requirements.
  • Coordinate learning interventions, working closely with the Head of Central L&D, and review their effectiveness to identify areas for improvement.
  • Take ownership of specific training programmes, such as new people manager training, and work with the wider business to develop and refine these initiatives.
  • Support the L&D Assistant in their role and ensure all learning offerings are aligned and resources are utilized effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and be open to new initiatives that can benefit the department.
What We're Looking For:
  • A confident and skilled individual who can build relationships across the firm and liaise with key stakeholders.
  • Technical aptitude, with previous experience of an LMS or HRMS, and strong Excel skills.
  • A willingness to continuously review and improve our approaches and processes.
  • Able to identify creative solutions and adopt a flexible approach to problem-solving.
  • A professional, positive attitude and ability to take the initiative.
  • An interest in how Learning & Development can add value to Lane Clark & Peacock.
  • Able to work effectively in a team and autonomously.
  • Well-organized, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
