About the Role: As a Procurement Attorney, you will be responsible for delivering key procurement activities and providing commercial leadership to complex and strategic procurements, ensuring compliance with our organisation's policies and assurance processes, and adherence to procurement law (in line with the Public Contract Regulations 2015).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver complex procurements in accordance with our organisation's policies and procedures.
- Provide commercial leadership to strategic procurements, ensuring compliance with procurement law.
- Develop and implement Category Management strategies to drive procurement excellence.
- Manage Framework call-offs and eProcurement platforms to ensure efficient procurement processes.
- Stay up-to-date with Public Contract Regulations 2015 and CCS Framework Agreement to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Post-qualification experience in Law with a focus on procurement.
- Knowledge of delivering complex procurements and Category Management.
- Experience with Framework call-offs and eProcurement platforms.
- Strong understanding of Public Contract Regulations 2015 and CCS Framework Agreement.
