Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and empathetic support to clients, ensuring their needs are met with a high level of satisfaction.
  • Handle client requests related to bereavement, powers of attorney, SIPP servicing, and closures in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare and process necessary documentation for various client requests, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyse and resolve client issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members or departments when necessary.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within the agreed SLAs, maintaining a high level of service quality.
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement of processes.
