About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Marketing Manager to join our team at The Boots Company PLC. As Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our brand, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Work with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, sales, and customer engagement.
  2. Brand Management: Manage the brand's overall marketing strategy, including product launches, advertising, promotions, and public relations.
  3. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  5. Performance Measurement: Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Marketing Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management and marketing strategy development.
  2. Marketing Skills: Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, brand management, advertising, promotions, and public relations.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate marketing strategies and plans to cross-functional teams.
  4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
