About the Role

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to join our award-winning marketing team at Distinct Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in bringing our brand to life across multiple channels and campaigns.

This is a fast-paced role that requires a passionate, creative, and commercially-aware individual who can work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality marketing materials. You will be responsible for managing cross-channel promotional campaigns, generating promotional briefs, creating copy, and working with designers to deliver lead generation collateral.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver marketing communications with excellent copywriting skills
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality marketing materials
  • Manage cross-channel promotional campaigns, including direct response TV adverts, Royal Mail leaflets, National Press inserts, and website banner copy
  • Establish critical path timelines to manage timings and delivery, while factoring in stakeholder approval
  • Contribute to the delivery of company brochures and product launch roll-outs

About You

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a similar marketing campaigns role, ideally with a B2C focus. You will have a proven ability to manage and deliver marketing communications with excellent copywriting skills and the ability to tailor creative to different target audiences.

You will be able to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining excellent standards. To be successful in this role, you will need excellent stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally, and strong project planning skills.
