Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert HR partnering to a diverse group of leaders and employees, offering insights and guidance during critical moments.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to implement HR strategies and initiatives effectively.
- Lead in-country transformation efforts, providing managerial support throughout the restructuring process.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends and risks, applying these insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives in alignment with global and local objectives.
- Enhance the quality and efficiency of HR processes and partnerships.
- Oversee internal mobility and movement offers.
- Build strong relationships within the HR community to understand challenges and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in generalist HR roles.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across functions.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and engagement.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Workday.
- Experience in UK employee relations.
