About the Role

The Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role will be based at the Caludon Centre and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to individuals seeking mental health services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to individuals via phone and in-person
  • Manage and respond to referrals and administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with the Mental Health Access Hub team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements

  • Good general education including GCSE English & Maths
  • Standard keyboard / IT skills
  • Ability to pay attention to detail
  • Good Communication Skills both written and verbal
  • Experience of working with a range of Microsoft Office packages (eg. Word, Excel and Outlook)
