About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at TSYS Managed Services. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to resolve their queries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Contacting customers who may be experiencing financial difficulties to provide support and guidance
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times, building and maintaining a professional relationship with customers
  • Helping customers manage repayments through various repayment options
  • Signposting debt management solutions and processing card payments
  • Logging and processing complaints and raising issues with management
  • Working with internal teams to provide a seamless experience for customers
Requirements
  • Customer service experience, either face-to-face or telephone-based
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • IT literacy and ability to see the bigger picture
  • Good use of initiative and compassion and empathy
  • Ability to work as part of a team and possess good telephone manner
  • Ability to work under pressure and be customer-focused and results-oriented
  • Preferably some experience in similar roles
