About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Kingston University. The successful candidate will assist with the delivery of marketing activities and campaigns to support the University's student recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and commission content, including written copy, video, audio, and graphics, to enhance the University's brand and engage with our target audience.
  • Coordinate photoshoots, ensuring permission rights are obtained and the image library is up-to-date.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including financial processes, team meetings, and student ambassador programs.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in delivering large-scale marketing projects and generating reports on marketing activities.
  • Ensure all work is carried out within relevant legislative frameworks, including GDPR and Competition Market Authority regulations.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity, trends, and other duties as required by the Marketing Manager and Director of UK Student Recruitment and Admissions.
