Job Opportunity: Marketing Assistant
The Marketing Assistant will provide administrative and operational marketing campaign support to the wider Marketing team. This includes supporting external agency relationships, creating marketing assets, managing online systems and portals, supporting purchasing, reporting on marketing activity, and optimizing communication and administration across the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Marketing Manager to project manage the portfolio of events, including tradeshows, exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and webinars.
- Support the Marketing team to deliver successful, integrated marketing campaigns across various sectors and geographies, including product launches, brand awareness drives, demand generation activity, thought leadership, and customer relationship.
- Manage external agencies, including project coordination, ongoing administrative support, and ongoing service delivery reviews.
- Support social media content ideas, planning, and scheduling.
- Deliver best-in-class marketing collateral and sales support tools.
- Optimize and manage the range of Marketing online tools, systems, and portals for internal and external audiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related fields.
