Job Opportunity: Marketing Content Assistant

The Marketing Content Assistant will provide administrative and operational marketing campaign support to the wider Marketing team at March Recruitment. This includes supporting external agency relationships, creating marketing assets, managing online systems and portals, supporting purchasing, reporting on marketing activity, and optimizing communication and administration across the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Marketing Manager in project managing the portfolio of events, including tradeshows, exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and webinars.
  2. Collaborate with the Marketing team to deliver successful, integrated marketing campaigns across various sectors and geographies, including product launches, brand awareness drives, demand generation activity, thought leadership, and customer relationship.
  3. Assist the Marketing team in managing external agencies, including project coordination, ongoing administrative support, and ongoing service delivery reviews.
  4. Contribute to social media content ideas, planning, and scheduling.
  5. Support the Marketing team in delivering best-in-class marketing collateral and sales support tools.
  6. Manage and optimize the range of Marketing online tools, systems, and portals to ensure they are fit for purpose for internal and external audiences.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing or a business-related field.
  2. Excellent project management and time management skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  1. 1+ year of marketing experience in a similar role.
  2. 1+ year of event management experience, specifically project managing B2B events, including tradeshows, exhibitions, conferences, and webinars.
