Key Responsibilities:
General Administration:
- Manage reception duties, including greeting clients, handling general inquiries, and maintaining office files.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning, filing, and distributing correspondence.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
Client Support:
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of client documents, reports, and correspondence.

- Maintain client records and databases, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
- Assist with onboarding new clients, including setting up accounts and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Team Support:

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within a recruitment agency or professional services environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with recruitment software and CRM systems is a plus.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and trustworthy, with a high degree of confidentiality.
