Job Summary:

Switch Recruitment is seeking an experienced Group Risk and Healthcare Account Manager to provide exceptional service to a portfolio of clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class administration service, including executing the renewal process for health and group risk client schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their day-to-day needs are met and relationships are maintained with clients, providers, and colleagues.
  • Provide expert advice on Group Healthcare, Group PMI, Group Risk, and Group Life schemes, leveraging your experience in a provider, life office, consultancy, or broking background.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providers, and colleagues to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to provide informed guidance to clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Group Healthcare, Group PMI, Group Risk, or Group Life schemes, with a strong understanding of the administration process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, providers, and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Professional qualifications, such as GR1 or IF7, are highly desirable.
