Healthcare Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Account Manager to join our UK Public Sector Healthcare Team at AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting AWS services in a defined territory or industry vertical, supporting the development and execution of comprehensive account/territory plans, and facilitating customer adoption of AWS services.
Key Responsibilities- Promote AWS Services: Develop and execute a territory coverage plan to promote AWS services to customers in the healthcare industry.
- Account Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive customer adoption of AWS services.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Project Management: Manage a robust projects pipeline and consistently meet or exceed quota by delivering high-quality projects that meet customer expectations.
- Partnerships: Work with partners to extend reach and promote adoption of AWS services in the healthcare industry.
- Customer Experience: Contribute to a positive customer experience through effective communication and relationship-building.

Additional Qualifications- Creative Problem-Solving: Develop and execute creative solutions to solve customers' problems.

- Technical Background: Have a solid technical background and understanding of IT infrastructure and the benefits of cloud technologies.
