This venue integrates a vibrant theatre, multiple cinema screens, a versatile studio-theatre, and community spaces, complemented by expanding food and beverage offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearheading the creation and execution of an innovative cultural program that mirrors the diversity of our community and captivates audiences.
  • Steering the financial strategy of the venue to enhance revenue through ticket sales, partnerships, sponsorships, and fundraising efforts.
  • Crafting and implementing marketing and audience engagement strategies to broaden our reach and elevate our profile.
  • Overseeing venue operations, ensuring exceptional standards of customer service and experience.
  • Collaborating with your team, colleagues, and external partners to maximize the cultural and financial impact of the venue.
Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong financial expertise and experience in budget oversight and revenue generation.
  • A collaborative approach to working with diverse stakeholders and community organizations.
  • Proven leadership experience in a venue environment, preferably within the arts, culture, or entertainment sectors.
  • The ability to balance commercial objectives with a diverse programming agenda to offer a wide array of events and activities.
