Position Overview

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a dedicated Regional Merchandising Strategy Manager to enhance our visual presentation across various retail environments. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our products are showcased in a manner that is both innovative and customer-centric.

Key Responsibilities

As a Regional Merchandising Strategy Manager, you will:

  • Elevate Visual Standards: Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout all retail locations and commercial spaces.
  • Team Development: Mentor and train visual merchandising and store teams on promotional best practices to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Collaborative Sales Strategy: Work closely with Retail Operations Managers to meet sales objectives while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product offerings and educate the sales team on effective service techniques.
  • Operational Excellence: Conduct daily maintenance and housekeeping to uphold high standards and ensure that stock is replenished and visually appealing according to established guidelines.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven Experience: A background in visual merchandising within retail or sales settings.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong management capabilities in a retail, tourism, leisure, or heritage context.
  • Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive approach to driving sales.
  • Educational Background: A minimum of 'A' level standard or equivalent in a design-related field is preferred.
Work Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. Flexibility is essential to accommodate the needs of the business, including potential support for the retail team as part of a duty management rotation.
