Job Description:
We are working in collaboration with DB Charles Recruitment to hire a new Area Visual Merchandiser and Sales Support to join our team. As a key member of our sales and visual merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring all stores are visually representing our brands in the right way, while also providing training and support to store staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our store partners and clients across the UK
- Visual Brand Checks: Conduct regular visual brand checks to ensure our brands are being represented consistently across all stores
- Visual Merchandising Advice: Provide expert advice and guidance to store staff on visual merchandising best practices
- Networking: Attend trade shows and networking events to build relationships with key stakeholders and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Sales Support: Provide additional sales support to store staff, including product demonstrations and training
- Costing and Ordering: Assist with costing and ordering tasks to ensure efficient inventory management
- Liaising with Internal Teams: Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales and visual merchandising strategies
Requirements:
- Previous Visual Merchandising Experience: Proven experience in visual merchandising within a luxury retail environment, such as jewelry, gift, health, or watches
- Sales Experience: Some sales experience is beneficial, but not essential
- Diary and Account Management Skills: Strong diary and account management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with store partners and clients
- Travel Requirements: Must be comfortable with overnight stays and able to attend weekend trade shows and networking events when required
What We Offer:
- Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum
