Area Visual Merchandiser & Sales Support

DB Charles Recruitment is collaborating with a leading distribution business to find a skilled Area Visual Merchandiser & Sales Support to cover the South of England from the Midlands south.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stores and clients across the UK
  • Conduct visual brand checks to ensure consistency and excellence
  • Provide expert Visual Merchandising advice and guidance to store teams
  • Network and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Offer additional sales support to drive business growth
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Demonstrate and showcase products and services to clients and customers
  • Deliver training and demonstrations on products and services
  • Manage costing and ordering tasks efficiently
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Visual Merchandising within luxury retail, such as jewellery, gift, health, or watches
  • Some sales experience is beneficial, but not essential
  • Strong diary and account management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work across the South of England from the Midlands south
  • Full UK driving license required
  • Willingness to commit to overnight stays and attend weekend trade shows and networking events
