Area Visual Merchandiser & Sales Support

DB Charles Recruitment is partnering with a leading distribution business to find a skilled Area Visual Merchandiser & Sales Support to cover the South of England from the Midlands south.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts with stores and clients across the UK, ensuring visual brand consistency
  • Conduct visual brand checks to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide expert visual merchandising advice and guidance to store staff
  • Network with key stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Offer additional sales support to enhance customer experience
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Demonstrate products and services to clients and customers
  • Develop and deliver training programs for store staff
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in visual merchandising, preferably in luxury retail
  • Strong sales skills, with a focus on building relationships
  • Excellent communication and diary management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable with overnight stays and weekend trade show attendance
  • Full UK driving license required
