POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Services Technician to enhance our esteemed Conference and Events team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role involves assisting the Technical Services Manager in providing comprehensive technical support to clients within the Conference and Events department. Responsibilities include managing all production needs for internal conferences and events, as well as coordinating with external production teams for events hosted at the Resort.
You will also be responsible for the operation and upkeep of sound, lighting, and audio-visual systems, ensuring seamless execution of all Resort functions and events, alongside performing first-line maintenance on fixed installations in leisure areas.
