Compensation: £54,843 - £64,331 + Car or Car Allowance + 20% Bonus + Benefits


Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel within the region and occasional travel across the UK is required.

Developing a comprehensive HR strategy for the Southeast region:

  • Formulating a strategy that encompasses workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, and training/development initiatives aligned with the SUEZ R&R Strategy.
  • Ensuring effective utilization of the iTrent & LMS System in accordance with HR Policies and Procedures.
  • Completing additional tasks and projects as reasonably requested within the scope of the role.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in managing HR functions across multiple sites and remote teams.
  • A proven track record in handling complex employee relations processes, including disciplinary actions, appeals, and grievances.
  • Demonstrable expertise in overseeing a generalist HR function, including personnel management.
  • Experience in multi-organization HR environments.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior management.
  • Proven project management and leadership capabilities.
