PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Lead Financial Strategist will serve as a vital business partner within the UK market for our innovative health technology. This position will report directly to the Finance Controller for the EMEA region, collaborating closely with UK commercial teams to drive growth and monitor performance.
  • This role will act as a key financial advisor for initiatives identified by the Area Controller and the local Commercial Director. Responsibilities include leading the monthly closing processes, managing intercompany transactions, and delivering comprehensive reports to stakeholders while analyzing significant variances against planned figures.

Essential Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating both independent and collaborative work capabilities, along with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Solid financial accounting expertise, with experience in either practice or industry.
  • Proficient in Excel, with experience in data-cube based systems (e.g., Hyperion, Dodeca).
  • Proven ability to influence commercial leaders and drive change within the organization.
  • Skilled in simplifying complex data sets and financial tools for diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive in identifying solutions to enhance processes and reporting within a new business unit.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong review skills to detect discrepancies.
