Key Objectives:

  • Effectively manage and coordinate site interventions for a team of approximately 20-30 field engineers.
  • Oversee interventions from initiation to successful completion, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and advance customer quotations for additional services beyond standard contracts.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming service calls and accurately log them into our database.
  • Organize and prioritize daily tasks for field technicians to optimize resource utilization while upholding service level agreements and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update customer databases regularly.
  • Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Perform administrative tasks as directed by the Call Handler and Area Dispatch Supervisor.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints as needed.
  • Adhere to the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, ensuring personal and collective safety.

  • Experience in a customer service environment.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Willingness to adapt to flexible working conditions as required.
