Job Description

TSG UK Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Field Service Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our field-based services, providing exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of field-based services, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of field technicians, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Customer Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on service delivery, team performance, and customer feedback, providing insights and recommendations for business improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance service delivery, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in a field service management role, with a strong background in customer service, team management, and process improvement.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in using software packages such as CRM systems, project management tools, and reporting software.
  • Education: Degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as business administration, management, or a related discipline.
