Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet revenue objectives and foster market expansion.
- Discover new business prospects and build relationships with potential clients.
- Analyze market dynamics and competitor movements to refine sales tactics and identify unique opportunities.
- Guide, mentor, and inspire the sales team to reach both individual and collective sales targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to boost skills and knowledge.
- Encourage a collaborative and high-performance environment within the sales team.
- Establish and sustain robust, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
