Interim Human Resources Partner
Contract Duration: 6 Months


LHH Recruitment Solutions is collaborating with a prominent private sector organization to identify a distinguished Human Resources Partner.

This role is structured as an initial 6-month contract, offering a competitive remuneration package.


As the Human Resources Partner, your primary focus will be to engage closely with site leadership, guiding and influencing their perspectives on personnel-related matters.

Your responsibilities will encompass the entire employee life cycle, which includes recruitment, attendance management, performance evaluation, handling disciplinary and grievance matters, talent development, and succession planning.

Additionally, you will provide professional HR counsel and support in accordance with prevailing legislation and organizational policies.


Beyond these duties, you will have the chance to proactively engage across the organization, working alongside managers to track, manage, and enhance HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics relevant to your area.

Your position will be pivotal in advancing the HR strategy and achieving measurable results that align with the organization's overarching goals.

Key Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in a Human Resources Partner role
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement and business collaboration
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing data efficiently

- Experience in workforce planning and collaboration with internal recruitment teams

As the ideal candidate, you will possess a genuine enthusiasm for human resources, the capability to operate independently with minimal oversight, and the ability to influence and drive the HR strategy.
